Our Ingredients

We use 55% cacao Fairtrade chocolate and Fairtrade cocoa in all our brownies mixed with sugar made from British sugarbeet and butter and eggs from these fantastic local suppliers:

Our wide range of flavoured brownies are made using natural ingredients sourced as locally as possible to our kitchen.

In addition, all our brownies are produced using Doves' Gluten Free Flour. The taste and quality remain exactly the same as those made with traditional flour, but now a far wider range of customers can enjoy them. It also means we don't risk cross contamination in our kitchen or on our stalls.

We are also happy to produce dairy free brownies to order or collection from markets. Contact us for details.

Classic Chocolate Brownie: Dark chocolate, butter, sugar, eggs, cocoa, gluten free flour.

All our brownies are made to the Classic recipe. Additional ingredients are shown below:

Raspberry brownies: Raspberries

Salted Caramel brownies: Butter, dark muscovado sugar, condensed milk

Black cherry: Cherries

Walnut: Walnuts which may contain traces of sesame seeds
